Auto Auction of Montana is proud to offer United States Government General Services Administration sponsored sales approximately every 4 weeks. Call for Sale times as they do vary depending on the number of vehicles set for sale.

All GSA Sales held at the Auto Auction of Montana are open to the public. All Live GSA Sales held at the Auto Auction of Montana are broadcast Online via Live Simulcast (Concurrent Broadcast). Being part of the Rocky Mountain region, we specialize in heavy trucks, 4x4 vehicles, and SUV's not available in other areas. GSA also provides us with a wide variety of other vehicles including cars, light trucks, and often ambulances and buses. Details and photos of GSA vehicles are available prior to the sale on our web site, or on either of the GSA sites: https://gsafleet.gov / / https://gsaauctions.gov. Inspection of the vehicles is encouraged and welcomed one day prior to the sale from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

There are two ways in which to purchase vehicles: You can either attend the auction at our facilities (4432 S Frontage Rd, Billings, MT), or by using Online Ringman and bid for vehicles over the internet.

Full payment is required no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the sale. Payments may be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, or guaranteed instrument (cashiers checks or certified bank letter of guarantee)

Notice: Beginning with the April 2nd 2025 Sale - buyers must all have completed registration in the GSA Fleet System.
Visit the GSA Fleet site: https://gsafleet.gov and confirm that you can login. The email you register with and your GSA bidder number will be required by the auction at the time of purchase.

Notice:

· A bank reference letter is required for any purchases.

· Personal or company name will appear on the Certificate to Obtain Title as provided on your Auto Auction of Montana registration.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF A PUBLIC SALE

1) All successful bidders must provide their Social Security Number or TIN/EIN number.

2) All vehicles must be paid for by the end of the sale day. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, with a maximum charge limit of $24,999.99. There are NO credit card fees.

3) All vehicles purchased must be removed by the close of business on the day of the sale.

4) Bidders MUST be 18 years of age or older to participate in a GSA sale.

5) There are NO buyer/bidder registration fees to attend a GSA sale.

6) Auto Auction of Montana does not provide temporary license plates. Please contact your local DMV.
